Position Overview:
EssenceMediacom is seeking a dynamic and visionary Connections Lead/ Senior Director to lead our efforts in crafting and executing innovative, multi-channel media strategies that drive brand engagement and business growth for The Coca-Cola Company. The role will be the pivotal force in aligning our media planning, buying, content integration and influencer efforts, ensuring seamless, impactful campaigns that resonate with target audiences. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the evolving media landscape, a knack for data-driven decision-making, and a passion for fostering strong client relationships.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and oversee comprehensive media strategies that integrate traditional and digital media channels, ensuring alignment with client business objectives, brand goals and end-to-end communication strategies.
Campaign Management: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of media campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs), working closely with activation teams across online & offline & influencer channels.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal (creative, production, analytics, and social media) and external partners to ensure cohesive and integrated campaign execution.
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, providing strategic counsel, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Innovation & Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to continuously innovate and improve media strategies.
Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a high-performing team of media planners and buyers, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement.
Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data analytics to derive actionable insights, optimize media spend, and report on campaign performance, demonstrating ROI to clients.
Budget Management: Oversee media budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
Regional Collaboration & Integration: Being a part of Eurasia-Middle East operating unit, work very closely and collaboratively with partners in Pakistan, Middle-East and Central Asia & Caucasus regions; share and reapply strategies, executions, learnings when and where relevant.
 
 
 
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in media planning and buying, with a proven track record of successful campaign management and client satisfaction.
Expertise: Deep understanding of the media landscape, including traditional, digital, and emerging channels, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making.
Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Client Focus: Exceptional client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships and deliver strategic value.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in media analytics tools and platforms, with the ability to interpret business, communication and media data and translate it into actionable strategies.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Turkish and English, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
